Mindfulness Meditation Akron

Welcome.

Mindfulness Meditation Akron is a non-sectarian group providing meditation information to the Akron community.  You can reach us at info@mindfulness-akron.com

Mindfulness meditation is a simple form of meditation that calms and concentrates the mind.  This practice originated with the Buddha over 2500 years ago.  The practice begins with focusing attention on the breath.  It allows one to see more of one's conditioning, and therefore to be more present in the moment.  This can be used as a non-sectarian practice.
